This restaurant is an incredible choice for vegans! Although they no longer offer the vegan ice cream that I adored, they have replaced it with Oatly, which I am very happy about. The vegan dishes here are delicious, and the Oatly pairs perfectly with them. View all feedback.

Their cookies are delicious if you walk into any of their stores.... but their online service leaves a lot to be desired. Do not count on these folks to not embarrass you... they will. The warm cookies were delicious. The restaurant opened at 12 today and it was absolutely awesome!
The cookies taste great, but they are loaded with sugar, so they may not be the healthiest option. Just a heads up!
The midnight snack was great. The cookies were still warm when I purchased them.
This business takes 100% of the tip customers leave for the delivery driver when taking orders. They use contracted delivery such as Ubereats and DoorDash and take 100% of the tip left for them. Just tried to order, flat out refuse now. I do not participate with organizations that do damage to their local communities.A driver would’ve been paid less than 2.50 to bring me cookies and I had no way to tip. This driver who owns their own vehicle, insurance, gas costs would’ve had to drive from where they were to the store and then to me which will take at least 15 20 mins. That’s 7.50 per hour before their expense and wear and tear. All because this nationwide chain company wants to steal from the local communities who have welcomed it. Don’t purchase from places like this. Google local cookies and never give to a corporation like this again.EDIT by the way this is a choice made PER LOCATION at the franchise or management level. This is not the same with ALL Insomnia locations.
After lunch around the corner, we went to insomnia cookies for a sweet treat. They had gluten free cookies!! I asked some questions about how they were prepared and such. We gave it a go. Warm, gooey, delicious.They did basically melt out of my hand like they were not cooked enough. A bit pricey for cookies as well. Delicious either way.Edited to update- after eating most of a cookie, I realized I was chewing a weird texture. Definitely eating what I can only hope to be parchment paper. Super frustrating.
