This restaurant offers an impressive cocktail menu with over 100 creative options, served by skilled and friendly bartenders in a classy, relaxed setting. The atmosphere, including a charming outdoor area, makes it a great spot for drinks and socializing. However, food quality is inconsistent—some dishes like shrimp and grits and fried alligator shine, while others, such as the charcuterie board and certain entrees, fall short in taste and presentation. Service can be hit-or-miss, with some guests experiencing slow, inattentive staff. Overall, it’s a solid destination for drinks and ambiance, though the kitchen and service could use improvement.
I'm originally from Lafayette, LA, and this is my favorite Cajun restaurant in Bryan, TX. The food is delicious, and the service is sweet and helpful! Be sure to try the bread pudding—it's a must! I often bring my son here for our special "Mommy Dates," and he enjoys it too! The video is from my birthday celebration in May 2022. I love this place!! The drinks are top notch and the people are even better. You will not be disappointed with your drink whether you are ordering a simple gin tonic or a vieux carre, they are all amazing. While the drinks are unbeatable the staffis what really sets this bar apart from the rest, they love what they do and they welcome you like a regular. If you're inCollege Station and want a good cocktail at a great bar swing by and you won't be disappointed.
We literally happened upon this place. The ambience was so pleasant. It's an intimate location where the service is excellent. I had the shrimp and grits and found the flavor delectable. Our server suggested some drinks and they were spot-on. I would highly recommend it!
Nice place to have a few drinks before dinner. They had a good selection of hard to find whiskeys in BCS area. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the liquor they offered as well. There's a little patio area with string lights to enjoy on nice evenings. Bring some mosquito spray though. Next time I will try the food.
