Was Romano GIACONE at Barge a mag?
I was told this young establishment and I don't regret listening to the council. We were a family lunch and all my tribe succumbed to the charm of this beautiful address. We opted for the menu 4 services from noon and everything was splendid! Dynamic service, precise, superb Muscadet and Ripasso chosen by a smiling sommelier and certainly not cured! We are not so convinced... we really have to change sommelier because the wines do not marry at all with the dishes (we have been able to change a meat dish to fish but the wine has not been changed, yet planned for the pigeon! the taste price ratio is not ok. I can advise you at least 10 restaurants that are better for this price. According to us, the chef must eliminate 50% of ingredients and remove all the ‘sweet’... View all feedback.

Very nice culinary experience at Barge! Special mention for celery ravioli with small gray as well as for skrei with a crustacean sauce. The shut-offs were falling, and the coup was one of the best we've had for a long time. A delight!!!
