A familiar fast-food stop delivers hot, speedy service and friendly staff, but inconsistent food quality undermines the experience. Favorites arrive fresh and quick, yet fries are often oversalted, chicken strips and tenders can be small, excessively breaded or greasy, and sides like mac and cheese sometimes taste off. Value varies—some find it affordable, others call portions stingy—so it's a convenient choice for on-the-go cravings, with occasional disappointment.
The experience was rather average. The food was greasier than I prefer, and the fries were overly salted. The highlight of the visit was seeing someone come in dressed as Colonel Sanders on his way to a party.
The ladies had a great time at KFC. During the drive-thru, the staff were friendly and quick. The food arrived hot and tasty. KFC always hits the spot when you're craving it.
Avoid the chicken strip box—it’s a major letdown. I hoped my first visit was just a bad day, but it’s consistently disappointing. You only get three tiny chicken strips, a biscuit, and a small side, and even if you don’t want a drink, you’re still charged the full price. At around $8.50, it feels like a complete rip-off. The chicken strips themselves are also very small.
The staff was friendly, but the mac and cheese had an unpleasant taste—almost like dirt. I’m not sure what went wrong with that dish, but it was quite disappointing. The chicken tenders were overly breaded and a bit overcooked, making them extremely crunchy. I don’t think I’ll be going back to KFC. I felt like I wasted $20.
