We all ordered takeout for delivery. I ordered the Takeout Delivery Special which comes with a choice of appetizer and entree for $17.99. The Chicken Samosas were really good and savory. The Chicken Tikka Masala was very delicious! World do takeout from here again.
I?ve never been to India, but I?ve lived in East London for a year and NYC for over 10 years and I?ve never had a better Daal Tarka than I had at Kanan Indian Cuisine. This is a family owned restaurant, so the recipes are not only authentic, but subtly unique. This is a true hidden gem.

Great takeout meal option, easily can break it into two meals. Service: Delivery Price per person: $10–20
Haven't been to Kanan for a while because our last meal was not very good. Well they outdid themselves tonight. The butter chicken came in a redish-orange gravy that had no taste of Indian spices and was very watery. The saag paneer was very watery and again had essentially no Indian flavor. The naan was passable. After trying a couple of very small plates of food the rest was thrown out, awful. Forty plus dollars thrown into the trash. Food: 1 Price per person: $20–30
