Employee are thief . Today around 2:19 pm . My kids buy a medium hot chocolate with whipped cream. But they don’t give him . N take from him 6.78 . Is too much . They employ may be forget the customer was a student.n employee don’t give him a receipt also
Been coming to this Dunkin for 4 years it’s fine? I guess? Sometimes? Like they usually give me what I order sure lol but like today is a perfect example of how they operate : I went in to order my coffee food, a woman is putting cash into the register as I step up. She ignores me for a solid 3minutes while I stand there patiently waiting for her to address me (happy to wait for her to finish the task at hand before moving on to help a customer. She finally looks up at me goes “sorry, we’re closed for 5 minutes.” I’m looking at her like ??? she repeats herself “we’re closed for like 5 minutes cuz we need time you know?” It’s 1:15pm. There was no one ahead of me only one person in behind me in line. Like why didn’t she say that when she saw me waiting to begin with? I feel like this experience represents exactly the vibe of this Dunkin. It’s 5 minutes, I’ll be fine, I’ll run an errand and come back but. Just take from my experience what you will. Staff is very nice! They remember our order most times and greet us with a smile each time.
