Was Yimin Zhu at Beef Fish a mag?
Musy-try: 脆烤蹄花(pig foot). We ordered double flavor pot of dry pot bullfrog 干锅美蛙 and tomato fish 番茄鱼(鲜活皖鱼). The quantity is large enough for 5 people. 干锅美蛙 costs approximately $72 for half pot which is a bit pricy, but understandable as bullfrog is not cheap. Personally I do not eat bullfrog, my friends like the taste. The fish is good. Be careful that there are tiny bones in it. We also ordered cu... View all feedback.
What Minghui Jiang dislikes about Beef Fish:
The service was decent, but the food was not fresh. Unfortunately, after dining here, we experienced some digestive issues. Overall, I would rate the food a 1/5. View all feedback.
This is a great spot for spicy dry pot. I recommend requesting a mild level of spiciness unless you can handle very hot food. Food: 5/5
My girlfriend and I came to this place to try their mala xiang guo, dry hot pot. Ingredients was ok fresh, service was good the waitress was also doing phone orders as well as packing deliveries, multitasking and so we feel for her.Dry hot pot was on the salty side, not very spicy even tho we got medium spice. They added celery, which was interesting, I liked it.They also have sliced onions, i didn’t like, but they were easy to pick out therefore not an issue. Fried rice was mushy, but tasted good, eggs flavored.Cumin beef was not good, i only tasted the silver plate that it was on...They were doing promo, the lemon tea drink was free with a wechat post.lowkey Pricy.
This place's dry hot pot is fitted flavored for my girlfriend. She enjoys it more than I did. I liked their added celery to the dishes. They also added slices of onions, not a fan but easy to pick out so it was completely fine. The dry hotpot itself is ok tasting, medium spicy was not too spicy, and salty level was a bit much. Ingredients wise, it was ok fresh. I do really enjoy the shrimp tho, it held the flavor well. We got a free lemon tea(tangy flavor almost like sour plum) with a wechat post. The fried rice was mushy, but flavor was good, a lot of egg flavor coming thru. Cumin beef was underwhelming, I was tasting the silver plate they put the meat in more than the meat itself. Thick sliced beef too, idk it wasnt what I expected,4/10. It's true on other reviewers saying its on the expensive side, but worth a try. Waitress was busy with dine in as well as packing orders and delivery hand off, but she got all our food out and she was nice 10/10.
