Juice Bar and Smoothies inside LA Fitness. I didn 't know this was privately owned and just inside LA Fitness thought it was part of LA Fitness. That probably explains why I don 't need a Fitness member ship to come here. I 've had a few meal replacement Smoothies here, which have been excellent. The prices are decent enough about $8 for a large. I do recommend the Berrylicious and the Peanut Butter Cup . I just started coming here, so I have yet to try anything past the smoothies I 've been getting. From what I see, they offer power shots, protein shakes, smoothies, custom shakes, and have a fridge with the typical gym drinks (Gatorade, etc). The employees have been generally nice and accommodating. Located inside LA Fitness in the Metro Center Atrium. Recommended if you 're in the area.
Today while purchasing breakfast shakes for my wife and I received horrible customer service. I'm not sure if Natasha has been burned by the company for similiar situations, but I can guarantee that I'll never spend another dollar with them. The situation:
This restaurant is terrible. The phone doesn't work and the manager is unprofessional and lacks class.

The situation: I used Samsung pay to purchase the smoothies, the transaction immediately appeared in the app and the money was immediately removed from my account. However since their machine failed to print a receipt, I was told I couldnt be given my drinks. This was due to company policy. So as I sit down and dispute the charge (because it processed and was NOT pending) I hear Natasha continously discussing the situation with another patron, which needless to say was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. When ask what I can do, she simply points to an email and says email them.
