Was Anonym at Smashburger a mag?
Dined in for a late lunch. We had smashburgers, fries and tots. Everything was served hot and fresh to us in the upstairs dining area, The burgers were tasty and filling. The smash fries and tots were good and hot. A lot of open tables, but we had to look for one that was clean. Bathroom was clean with the code listed on the receipt. What Chantal dislikes about Smashburger:
I would not recommend this restaurant. In addition to being unclean and slow, they are also dishonest. After waiting an hour for a simple burger, I requested a full refund. They refused to return my drink, which tasted like watered-down soda, and they even kept my tip. It's a place to avoid! On top of that, it’s extremely noisy. View all feedback.
Absolutely NOOOO customer service Bethzaida rung me up and looked like I was bothering her phone time while the other 2 girl in the back fooled around while taking thier sweet time with our food. When the food finally did come out the fries were cold and only halfway filled in the cup. She took my receipt and did something on her phoelne with it and crumbled it. When I asked for it she gave me someone elses (I hope she wasnt writing herself a positive review)....I will not be returning ?
Very good quality burgers at a very good price. The sweet potatoes were exquisite. Very nice waiters.

As they come upstairs to deliver the food, the employee should take a moment to wipe all of the tables down.
