What Anonym dislikes about M13 Rock Hell:
The place very close to the main train station, 2 floors underground. The decoration is supposed to remind rock music style, which... it does. But sometimes it's so much of something that I don't get if it's like that on purpose, or if something just went wrong. Rock on! Cool Rock Bar. You have indoor concerts that can light your week. Okay beer at fair prices. Minus (or plus): smoke inside.
Good place for a beer or two or seven, because they are good and cheap. Also beautiful interior. If you recommend rock or metal.

As me and my friend sat on our place without any waiter for some time, we came to the conclusion that the orders are places at the bar my friend went and bought us some beers that he paid right away. A little bit noisy because of the music, but at least good music. I recommend to visit and make your own opinion.
