the place is perfect for the family and has a beautiful and safe playground for children. eating is fresh and tasty, but their drinks are overpriced. but overall it is a cool place. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Dros:
The food was incredibly subpar! The hamburger came with wilted lettuce and not a drop of sauce, even though the menu claimed there should be. The patties were both overcooked and poorly prepared. The chicken was tough and flavorless, and of the four dishes we ordered, none were satisfactory.
The dessert was decent, but nothing special, and the portion sizes were very small for the price. Overall, we won't be return... View all feedback.
No music in background. Flavourless atmosphere. Managers know what they do, but not staff. Not the type of Dros I am use to. Can't even give a star rating. Enough said
The worst service I have ever experienced not coning here again, servers are slow and there is no attention from the manager or what so ever. Even a take-away franchise could do better than this, I'm very disappointed
Bad customer service. The lady who makes the drinks there is rude and has no respect. Definitely not going there again.
The food was excellent. My children enjoyed a pizza, and my husband had the chicken livers. The play area is also very nice.
We came to Dros in Brits on payday expecting a full house only to find it almost entirely empty. The reason? They had a NO steaks at all... A steak house without steaks.. Go figure.. Pathetic!
