What Puiorette dislikes about Tim Hortons:
The staff here looks like we're bothering them all the time. Not the first Time I came here, and taking about the first time I came, the employee just rolled her eyes after I ordered... Today they almost forgot to give me the juice I ordered... I don't go to Tim Horton much so I hope the staff is better elsewere. View all feedback.
I ordered a cold coffee without ice, but they only filled the cup up to a certain level. They even laughed about me trying to save money by requesting no ice. I found their reaction a bit strange.
The drinks took a bit longer than expected to be prepared for our group. Given their location, I anticipated a quicker service, but on the bright side, the hot drinks were served hot and the cold drinks cold. During our visit, the restaurant could have benefited from more attention to cleanliness, as there was trash on the floor and tables. Additionally, the washrooms were difficult to access, so we decided to wait until our next stop to use the facilities.
The location is excellent, although it is a bit on the small side. It leans more towards takeout compared to other locations.
Hello! The new staff at this Tim Hortons is super friendly and efficient . Highly recommend! You might see a homeless person or two, but they are friendly . It would be awesome to have a self-checkout kiosk , I really enjoy picking and customizing my breakfast at my own pace . Thanks for making my day better! Hallo!
