What Terrence Herzog dislikes about CƠM:
we order crispy skin and Mongolian bark. Huhn is stinking, not fresh, long kept, and very salty. bark meat is super salty, although a glass water still add salty. reis is as hard as over night. the waitress had a bad service, if we want to order, she simply stands on the table she rests, needed to say what we want to order. it is the worst restaurant I had eaten. not recommended. Love this place! Favourite is the free range chicken Phó. Vegetarian spring rolls are awesome. Owner is super friendly. Make sure you go try lunch andcthe Bahn Mi.

I was so entranced in my food that my partner told me "at one stage you started to do a little food dance". Now, I know that when I 'do a little food dance', that the food must be something special. Not too much chilli, but I assume that's for you chilli sook's. Real FRESH ingredients! Everything had its own flavour and taste. I highly recommended that everyone goes here, but on the other hand, i want to keep it my little secret.
No words can describe how amazing the food at CÓM is. Do yourself a favour and eat here. Yesterday. Our first meal, we ordered beef pho, a chicken special pho and also the quail. These were all delicious and far exceeded our expectations - tasty, comforting and definitely worth a regular return visit. Our return trip was tonight and if we thought our first trip was really good, this trip blew us out of the water. We each ordered a combination vermicelli salad with pork spring roll, lemongrass chicken and beef. These were unbelievable- so much flavour (lots of herbs) and primo quality of ingredients. Meal was huge, yet we felt light and clean afterwards. We have spent many nights trialling and tribulating through various Vietnamese corners in Brisbane, far and wide, but we were blown away by the quality, freshness and depth of flavours in these dishes. Thank you very much CÓM- happy to have you in the neighbourhood ????
I decided to go to the Rocklea markets for lunch. there was no single customer on the website, so I thought. perfect. I don't have to wait for food or worry about making kovid around me. I ordered the rocky chicken in ingwer and oyster sauce and a cocose. the cocosnose can first be removed and the juice was picked up. it was short to overflow. such a good tasting cocosnus. the rice dish came out next and it was hot and you could hear the shlitting of the stone pot. the serving was decent with plenty of meat and vege. the taste was surprisingly great.
