Was m at Gingerman a mag?
Could have been a 5 star review. The restaurant looks great; small but smart, but the chefs often came out and chatted with the front of house staff at the bar. Not completely dressed in chef's attire, this marred the image of the restaurant. The food was great and the entrées were a lovely touch, but some of the meats were a little tough and some of the freshly made crackers that came with the cheese board were too... View all feedback.

My wife and I ate here late last year and we cam away feeling a bit disappointed. We have eaten here many times but felt that something was missing. However, we were in Brighton last Saturday and we ate there again with our friends. I am happy to report that the world is back on its axis and all is well again. We had the tasting menu and it was truly delicious. Cannot wait to go back again. View all feedback.
Best oyster I've had in a long time, really clever flavouring with granita and jalapeño. Completely locked my plate clean. Cute space.
Had an amazing dinner here the other night. Food was superb, staff were very friendly and attentive and the place had a lovely vibe. Overall a great experience!

We were kindly invited to try their Sunday lunch. It did not disappoint! It was off the charts. Every mouthful brought sounds of ‘ooos and ars’ if you haven’t tried it then please do. Every dish was quite spectacular And every element on the plate was a masterpiece ….. An exceptional Sunday Roast and reasonably priced. You simply must do a Sunday here!
