Was m at Gingerman a mag?
Could have been a 5 star review. The restaurant looks great; small but smart, but the chefs often came out and chatted with the front of house staff at the bar. Not completely dressed in chef's attire, this marred the image of the restaurant. The food was great and the entrées were a lovely touch, but some of the meats were a little tough and some of the freshly made crackers that came with the cheese board were too... View all feedback.

My wife and I ate here late last year and we cam away feeling a bit disappointed. We have eaten here many times but felt that something was missing. However, we were in Brighton last Saturday and we ate there again with our friends. I am happy to report that the world is back on its axis and all is well again.
