Was on a group tour stayed for 4 night's.first night meal was 9 /10 in main restaurant, 2nd night moved to breakfast room and was 6/10, ate out 3rd night after disappointing meal. 4th night 7/10 aga6in breakfast room. Service and staff were very good. But standards had slipped after first night. If booking go for alacarte. View all feedback.
The staff were always willing to change the profered menu. The food was very good but huge portions.
Awesome Restaurant. We stayed at the hotel and ate two meals at this restaurant. We had oxtail claire, clear ox tail soup, beef stroganoff, paella, bouillabaisse Marseillaise, entrecôte of beef (very tender), cheeks of veal and a chicken salad over the 2 days. Beef and veal plates are all superb. The Bouillabaisse has a slightly stronger taste than what I had elsewhere. The chicken salad is really good. Chicken is tender and the salad choice is awesome. It's mixed with fruit. I cannot find it in the states. We had it outdoor and indoor. Indoor decorations are very nice. In the morning they get fresh rose for the rose decoration.
Had dinner here as part of our organized tour, and it didn't disappoint--a delicious beef main with a wonderful red wine sauce--truly melt in your mouth. The pineapple ravioli stuffed with marscapone was one of the most memorable desserts I've ever had. Clearly the chefs have incredible skills and the staff worked incredibly hard to serve our large group at the same time. Highly recommend!
Very good service, nice ambience in the restaurant, the food was ok. 3 of us ate game. the portions were huge. Everything was mixed together.
Was in Brig for just one night and had dinner with my manager and a customer. I had been travelling for the last two weeks and their food was excellent and healthy. The waiter gave me advice and the service was good. Can't wait to go back to try more of their dishes
