Food was ice cold. Chicken was drenched in butter and salt, corn was old,dry! No dipping sauce! Will never go to wing stop again! I did order frequently from there but after the manager not caring after I told her I wanted a refund! I was told to bring food back. I told her they can come get it! Me: whitney WS: uhm, can you please spell that? Me: W-h-I-t-n-e-y Ws: what is it? Me: Whitney, like whitney houston... WE: *silence* ok, what would you like? Me: yes so do you have any deals on bone in wings? WS: we have 8, 10, cuts out sounds like 16 Me: 16 bone in please Ws: ok what flavor? Me: just Carolina gold ws: on all of them????? Me: uh no ma 'am blue cheese please.. I have ranch at home.. WS: ok anything else? Me: *after getting a better idea of chicken tender packages* 5 piece tender please WS: ok, and what sauce for those? Me: ranch please WS: for the tenders, did you want them dry? me: what? Never mind, we 're going a different direction. Note: if you don 't know half of 24 and the 2 other people behind you (I assume the cook cause they normally don 't have more than 2-3 people there) I cannot trust you to cook my chicken. #GetOffTheSauce
The food from Wingstop was ice cold. The chicken was overly drenched in butter and salt, and the corn was old and dry. To make matters worse, there was no dipping sauce! After this experience, I have no intention of returning to Wingstop. I used to order frequently from this place, but when I spoke to the manager about wanting a refund, she showed no concern. I was asked to bring the food back, but I suggested they come pick it up instead. She insisted that I had to return it myself! It felt like a waste of my gas to make two trips, as if I were lying. Wingstop will never have my business again!
