Grundsätzlich hat es uns sehr gut gefallen sehr netter Service wahrscheinlich die Chefin. Einmal Spargel einmal Steak. Spargel war leider etwas zu lange gekocht aber sonst geschmacklich gut. Portionen sind groß. Hatten uns aber auf Dry aged beef gefreut leider war kaum etwas verfügbar. Wenn man schon damit Werbung macht sollten auch alle Varianten zur Verfügung stehen. The restaurant has an excellent kitchen and a super service. Hard to beat quality. We go to dinner every time we visit Bremen and it is excellent every time. You can only say TOP

There were four of us here on Saturday, and we ordered a whole goose with all the trimmings. But first and foremost, what's most important to us is the four people who looked after us! We felt right at home: friendly, welcoming, and attentive! Simply wonderful! A huge thank you for that, as we don't take it for granted! Regarding the food and the kitchen: the people in the kitchen are every bit as good as the service staff. The goose was perfect, and we even ordered extra gravy – it was so delicious and glossy. The other side dishes were also superb. A special mention goes to the little Brussels sprouts, which were flavored with finely sliced streaky bacon. Everything was simply top-notch. The dessert was the icing on the cake. Overall, the people in the kitchen work with love. We will definitely be visiting this wonderful restaurant more often from now on.
