What Katharina Manteufel dislikes about Puick:
The Saturday menu lasted 4 hours. After 1 hour we had eaten exactly 1 string bean (the first amuse), and only after 1.5 hours did the first glass of wine from the package arrive. We were not enthusiastic about a number of dishes (such as the beetroot in a sauce with chips), and the combinations (such as a glass with a little “sauce” that did not belong anywhere else).
