Despite some mixed reviews about the service and seating arrangements, the overall consensus is that the food is exceptional and the atmosphere is charming. Dishes like the pad Thai, Asian ribs, and lobster ravioli have been highlighted as delicious options. The attentive and friendly staff, such as Cody, Benjamin, Angie, and Zachary, contribute to a pleasant dining experience. While there have been some disappointing incidents with unaddressed arguments and seating issues, most diners seem to enjoy their time at Hearthstone and appreciate the effort put into creating a memorable visit. Overall, Hearthstone is recommended for those seeking a fine dining experience in Breckenridge.
Our server Ruby was beyond amazing. The food was great but she made our server evening extraordinary. Her attitude. Her professionalism. Our entire conversation after the meal was about Ruby ! Good job Hearthstone on such an amazing staff person.
The elk and filet were SO AMAZING!!! The service was also spectacular! James did a wonderful job! One of the best dining experiences my husband and I have ever had, 100% recommend!!
I sooo wanted to love it. Had my hopes up really high for the blackberry elk. It was really good, my favorite part was the celery root mash as well as the blackberry Demi glacé. My sisters was cooked more consistently but mine was quite chewy at parts and clearly med rare others. It wasn’t bad, just not fantastic. Cauliflower soup didn’t really taste like cauliflower and the quinoa was my fave part of that dish. My dad loved his seafood trio, and my wife’s scallops were slightly undercooked, certainly no sear. Service overall fantastic except for the hiccup when my wife had my dads entree presented to her. I would say that just cuz we’re in breckenridge it’s expensive but don’t think the quality is worth the price, for me. Would love to return for the happy hour.
Very fun spot, visited on my birthday and felt very celebrated! Dinner was great. We started with the cheese platter appetizer which was delicious, but ended up being too much food with the large dinner plates. The scallops were cooked to perfection.
