So today I went to get lunch and I order a roasted chicken sandwich. after waiting 15 or so minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me the lady at the window told me to pull forward. I did and waited there another 10 or so minutes and I was starting to get irritated. finally they brought out my food, I drive off and go to eat i look down and someone had put probably (and I am not exaggerating) a half to three quarters of a cup of mayonnaise and honey mustard on my sandwich. I was so frustrated after waiting so long for my food. It made me so angry and I knew I was going to take it out on the wrong person so I just threw it away. Then I go to wash it down with my drink and it is so watered down it didn’t even taste like Powerade. It was blue water. I would say what happened was the Mayo cap came off as they were putting it on or something like that and they were too lazy to make another sandwich or even attempt to scrape it off. I do not normally write reviews but I was just so in awe of the laziness. I figured I’d come on here and let everyone know not to waste your time to just go ahead and go over to McDonald’s or anywhere else but Arby’s. Waste of $18 man.
I drove through the line and ordered my food at the window. After paying, I was asked to pull forward and wait for my order. I waited for 30 minutes, but my food never came out. I decided to go inside and inquire about my order, only to find out that they had no record of it and didn't even remember me coming through. I was given a refund, but the staff seemed confused about the situation. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.
I was with arby’s on a slider ****. this is perfect for me to have a quick snack, 1 or 2 and I am good for 4 more hours.
Crazy expensive for fast food! You'd expect cutlery and ceramic plates rather than food in paper wrappers and boxes!! Food is good but cost prohibitive for more than a once-a-year treat.
Diablo curly fries are... HOT!!! also tasty, but I underestimated the heat, it took a minute To hit full speed! Hehe
