Especially... amazing! It was a delicious and pleasant experience. Skip the fast food and enjoy Connie’s cooking instead. We were surprised how fast and tasty our meals were - especially the Chicken Fajita Melt. the hearts of all servers are friendly and amazing. It was a big visit with 10/10 service from the owner!
It started with a smile when I came in and a “seated Darlin”. The smells of fried pork, toast and coffee were exactly what I was looking for and Concons did not disappoint. I ordered black coffee delivered immediately by Sierra, who greeted me and presented me Connie (Ms Concon) who told me how good the land sink is... so I ordered. Wonderful place. Excellent service. Great food. (And the 80’s skirt is played on the right level, making this place the best choice for a bowling green breakfast.
The best down home, country cooking that I've had in Bowling Green. I've had the spaghetti, roast beef Manhattan, today I had the hamburger steak which is ground beef covered with brown gravy. I had grilled onions on it. All were excellent! In many places the sides are just belly fillers. The sides at ConCon's are just as good as the entrees. Today I had green beans, pinto beans, brussell sprouts with cheese sauce fried apples, Delicious! This food is like sex on a plate. If you don't love this food then you need to go to the doctor because your taste buds are seriously screwed up. A great place to eat. Friendly good service also.
This is a lovely little diner. Small and inviting. The people are friendly and the service was good. The gravy tastes homemade and the biscuits were fluffy. I had the Western omelet and it was delicious. The hash browns we're that perfect crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. All in all, a wonderful dining experience.
