Overall, it was a mixed experience. The food was ok but slightly underwhelming considering the price point. The servings were quite small for what you pay, which left us feeling a bit short-changed. On the positive side, the staff were welcoming, and the service was impressively fast at the beginning, then they got busy and they were very slow. Understandable. We sat upstairs, and couldn’t help but notice the poor staff having to carry plates up the stairs—investing in a dumb waiter lift would make their lives so much easier! Unfortunately, the table setup detracted from the experience. The high tables on wheels, though locked, kept shifting around, which was frustrating when people on the table moved, so did everything on it. The stools were uncomfortable, and the lack of space between tables made the area feel cramped. Masa has potential but could benefit from a few improvements to enhance the dining experience. Been on my list for a while but was disappointed when I visited. Drinks were good and it ends there. The tacos were tiny and the fish tacos didn't look anything like the photos on socials, disappointing because I was looking forward to it and lacked flavour. The beef barbacoa tacos were good but lacked seasoning/flavour. Not worth the . Masa fried chicken was good, the hot sauce it came with saved it. The best thing from everything we had was probably the beef nachos, little more seasoning and it would have been perfect. Small cramped up space, order at counter or QR code. Unfortunately, not in a rush to come back. Love the wall mural. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: 80–100 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
