Unpleasant staff that does not provide advice and does not take the time to rent adequate equipment. We have to leave quickly and get out of it. After more than an hour of tail we would have liked to have a little more attention, and especially no aggressiveness. My son's shoes hurt him, and we pissed him off with a pair of 40-year-old shoes. I advise, very aggressive, they prevented me from parking in front of their homes, I had to do some shopping, I had to give up. I immediately warned my group of friends not to go. Indeed, there was no chain, no sign, but it had not been snowed maybe to embarrass those who would want to park there. Presenting a handicap with the map in view of my windshield, this disturbed person did not seek to know, did not find out and cares about the disabled. A very aggressive woman, with a vulgar vocabulary, came out and assaulted us verbally so we could leave. Already not helped by very high prices, they do not know how to speak to people, do not put signals to confirm their words. It's not a store to go, run them, they have to have too much money to get out of their customers and talk to them in this way. I strongly advise.

Very unpleasant ski rental companies and not at all commercial, automatically offering the most expensive equipment!!! Also be careful when paying the bill we count one more day!!! To flee !!!!!!
