New resto in town, came when there was a 30% soft opening promo. Pho: needs more kick and flavour. Soup was not *that* hot when served Bahn mi: thick, full of flavour and topping. A new restaurant has opened in town, and I visited during their soft opening promotion, which offered 30% off. Pho: It could use more flavor and a bit more heat; it wasn't served as hot as I expected. Banh Mi: This sandwich is thick, packed with flavor, and loaded with toppings—like a Subway, but three times better! Haha. Spring Rolls: Fantastic! The prawns were incredibly fresh, and the dipping sauce was really delicious. Bun Cha: You must order this dish! The BBQ pork is the best I've ever tasted at any Vietnamese restaurant I've tried! Our first experience at Vietrose introduced us to Vietnamese cuisine, and it was fantastic. My grandson finished his plate and eagerly asked if we could return the next day. The staff were incredibly helpful in guiding us to choose the perfect dishes from their menu. We definitely plan to go back.
