Im not usually the biggest fan of fish and chips, I very occasionally have it. However, my partner loves it and we came down to Bournemouth so it was only right to try some fish and chips I suppose. My goodness, Barnacles did not disappoint! The fish was so crispy on the outside yet beautifully cooked on the inside. We ate the fish and chips around 15 minutes after we got it as we wanted to wait until we got back to our hotel and to be honest, most chips aren't at their prime at that point but I still really enjoyed them! The fish however kept its perfect crunch throughout the car journey, very impressed!
