we have a good time after: full menu !in entry: salmon and calf foot. Perfect kitchen; delicate aromas: veal and lamb. meat was very good; the lamb was enough, however, with the calf, it would have deserved a slightly smaller cheese plate to share and dacquoise to finish the flavors are there; advice also. Nous ne connaissons pas et ce fut une très belle découverte Entrée, plat, dessert et service remarquables Sans oublier le vin très bien conseillé (un sancerre rouge excellent )Décoration soignée et à la pageSans oublier le couvert sobre et élégant Quant au rapport qualité-prix c'est difficile de faire mieux.
Premier passage dans ce restaurant, cadre très agréable, j'ai été très surprise par la prestation du serveur. C'est la première fois que je vois un serveur aussi dévoué et minutieux, qui fais attention à chaque détail tout en sachant se faire discret. L'entrée était un mélange de saveur exquis (fois gras melon cuit et meringue salé), le plat très bien cuit avec une très bonne sauce (travers de porc) et les saveurs du dessert étaient très bien dosées (macaron au chocolat et piment d'espelette). L'ambiance est très agréable, un peu feutrée. Bref, je recommande !
Service attentionné et discret. Décoration élégante. Des plats très bien équilibrés plein de saveurs qui titillent les papilles. Juste un bémol : poisson un peu trop cuit à mon goût. Mais bon je suis un peu pénible sur ce point....
Got the last free table here tonight. The restaurant is bright and friendly and while of a very high quality, carries it off in a non intimidating way. The menu is not extensive but the attention to detail is marvellous and the standard of the food and presentation is superlative. The wine list is extensive with a good selection by the glass. Altogether an amazing experience in the heart of the old town.
