I'll never eat at Chipotle again. Burrito shell was hard, tortilla chips were stale, never realized tortilla chips don't crunch, well at least these didn't. Guacamole had WAY too much lime and salt. EVERYTHING was so spicy, I normally would get chicken but the chicken is usually spicy so I ordered the steak, I couldn't even eat it, the steak was extremely spicy. Black beans weren't fully done. We were very unsatisfied with their food this time. I've always loved their food, this time it wasn't good. There was no taste
The burrito bowl was tasty, and everything was fresh. They initially shorted me on the guacamole, but when I spoke to the manager, they generously gave me extra. The restaurant was clean and conveniently located near the highway, with a brand-new parking lot that made it easy to find a spot. While the staff appeared somewhat bewildered, the manager was friendly and very helpful.

Consider the tiniest portions you’ve ever received at Chipotle, then halve that amount, and that’s what they serve you here. I highly recommend avoiding delivery or pickup so you can confront them directly about this injustice. You might be curious as to why I'm so frustrated, and it’s because the portion sizes are truly disappointing. The picture shows a double chicken salad, but this barely contains a single serving of chicken and just a few leaves of lettuce.
I’ve ordered takeout or delivery from this Chipotle location about five times recently, and every time the bowls have been watery and leaking, with hardly any contents, even though I requested extra beans. I think it’s time to give up on this place.
