It took 20 min for a server to come over, but afterwards everything was flawless. We will return.
We absolutely love River and Woods. I made this reservation for my adult kids who are attending CU and for their sister who was visiting from out east. The food they tell me was outstanding, as usual and the service was wonderful. It is a gift they love to receive to go to this very yummy restaurant when they are so far from home.
It seems odd to put us in an outside tent, even though heated, when there were plenty of open tables inside. There was a cold draft on the floor so we asked to move inside and they did so graciously.
The entire evening went very well! Wonderful birthday celebration with good food and generous portions!
The service took forever, even though the restaurant was quiet. The dishes didn't meet the description on the menu. Our server went MIA, and we had to constantly ask for water. So disappointing.
