This is the best customer service I've experienced at any Starbucks in over 20 years of being a customer. The staff genuinely care about enhancing the customer experience, which I notice every time I visit. They greet customers warmly and prepare drinks quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, they do it all with a smile.
The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and helpful. Their compliments about our appearances felt genuine, unlike the automatic and indifferent remarks you might receive at some other places during the busy season.
Excellent service and coffee here! The quality is always consistent. My only suggestion would be to add a drive-thru option, but that's not really their fault.
The customer service at this restaurant was exceptional! Two ladies were working around 2 PM on Saturday, and their enthusiasm turned the experience into much more than just getting a cup of coffee. The coffee itself was also excellent!
I purchased two coffee mugs to send to my brother, who collects them. The staff was fantastic!
