Clean n friendly but holy crud, this is a $13.00 sandwich. I asked for no mayo but no other changes..ingredients were fresh but that is only an assumption as very little of them ended up on my over priced white bread I’ve been seeing their commercials for years wishing we had one close. Jimmy John's radio commercials are very catchy and very funny at times. Jimmy John's really has quick service, great selection of quality fresh food on the menu and very fair prices. I always order online and tip, but I always get my sandwich over an hour late. They never get my order right, and they never add a straw. Terrible customer service, all the employees are rude and upset. Never ordering again
Waited for over hour, when I called to check in order the worker was extremely rude. This store is literally 5min from my house not sure why it should be a problem?
