My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant before a show (pre-COVID) and decided to sit in the bar area. The food was excellent and the drinks prepared by Joe were outstanding!
Food nasty and raw. Rude Employees. Employees eating off customers plates, spitting, and fighting!!
We had an early reservation at pm which was after the matinee at the Opera House. The venue was empty and we were seated right away downstairs. The server took our drink order and food order, and our food came out quickly. However, the food was not as great as all the reviews I saw. My husband had the duck, which he said was tasty but very salty, as if it were overbrined. Our dinner companion had the gnocchi, who said the sauce was tasty but the gnocchi were very heavy and chewy. I had the lobster mac and cheese which was literally a boxed mac and cheese swimming in a milk sauce with some frozen lobster pieces thrown in. Definitely, not worth The ambiance is kind of cool and our server was fine, but the food was not what I expected in the theater district
Imagine this: the kids are captivated by a musical at the Paramount, and the lady and I suddenly find ourselves with two hours to spare. What should we do? Drinks and dinner? Where should we go?
After a show in the theater district, this place is a great option for a late dinner. My wife and I decided to stop by after a performance. The service we received was average.
