One of my must-sees at every visit to the capital of Gironda! the super atypical frame: a room all in length, right of small tables of two, left of the kitchen and a long counter where you eat in front of the cooks, guaranteed atmosphere! the dishes are rich and delicious, the card is not great that guarantees mastery and tasty products. Be careful, given all these qualities, you will doubt that the place is frequented. arm yourself with patience, the tail can be long to settle according to time. but a catch is present, so you can satisfy yourself with their take-away dishes while calling you near the water mirror that is just a step away!
I was tempted by this restaurant that doesn't pay for mine. Here we eat at the counter, cooks. Everything is done in front of us. a reduced card, prices not high for simple and copyy food. I'll come back with great pleasure.

As a food geek, always on the lookout for great Japanese cuisine, this was one of my best ramen experiences. I will definitely return to this place when I come back to Bordeaux.
