Definitely, it's hard to leave a review about this restaurant that only reports it! My review is about booking management since obviously my tgv was deleted, I couldn't introduce myself to the restaurant. So they take your bank fingerprint, you decommand 3 days before the D-Day by phone and email but obviously they do not read their mails or the evidence that you bring them: removal of my TGV that I knew on Wednesday... We dined here at the recommendation of a good friend who is an international wine guide with extensive knowledge of the region. Of all of our Bordeaux restaurant visits, Cent 33 topped our list. Creative, delicious, gorgeously presented bites with impeccable service adds up to a winning evening in our book. Wine parings we fantastic and each course was wonderfully prepared and presented. Highly recommend if you're in the area and congratulations to the team at Cent 33 for creating such a wonderful experience

Fantastic experience all around. Absolutely delicious food, accommodated us as pescatarians. Highly recommend.
The perfect combination of fine dining with chic-bistronomy ambiance. I highly reccomend this fabulous exquisite restaurant. What an experience !
