The Shoulder at Hardstoft is a 300-year-old coach house located in quiet Derbyshire countryside, just a 10-minute drive from the M1 motorway. Was 1soupdragon at Coco a mag?
We have visited this Inn a few times over the years. It has changed names at least three times in the last 5 years In winter it has a lovely log fire that if you are lucky enough to sit by is very warm and cosy . We have never had a bad meal but usually come away thinking it lacks something. Not quite sure what though. The menu is ok but could do with more choice. If you are out for a drive It is worth a visit. View all feedback.

Called for a late lunch with friends today. Waiter was really lovely and took our order promptly Tapas, with bits added on. Food arrived but had to call waiter back for condiments as none were offered. The food was nice though the ribs weren't the best we'd had. The food was mediocre, just looked like it had been thrown on to the slate. Nothing like what we've had at Cocos in Chesterfield town centre, there was no pride in the presentation and the fish was full of big bones (I know, fish you expect bones but there were more bones than fish) the burger buns were solid. Not a very pleasant experience at all, won't be taking a chance on it again.
Really good, even house wine was lovely, staff really friendly, professional, helpful and accommodating. Food excellent, will defo visit again, thank you for lovely food, must try their other restaurants in Chesterfield
We booked the main room out for a party, bought 40 sets of parents who wanted to eat but was told they couldn't order food, the disco stopped early despite paying what they'd asked and the food was average.
Decided to call in as we were driving by. Received a very warm welcome and our waitress was also attentive and cheerful. Lovely choices on the menu and really well presented and tasty too.
Have visited Coco's on several occasions and never been disappointed. The staff are very friendly, the food is delicious, there is a wide variety of food on the menu which is delicious. Never disappoints.
