If you are ever in Cherbourg or even driving distance of Cherbourg, you are terribly missing out if you don't eat hereMy Lord yes.
For a Christmas meal, we are heading to this hotel school that practices low prices for elaborate dishes. The reception and service are provided by students. We need patience and indulgence. On the dishes, the Niçoise salad was good despite the anchovies too salty to my taste. The lamb square was good but no more. The cheese tray was too classic but the chocolate mousse was a great success.
2nd time at this quality ratio excellent price! Servers are very attentive it is pleasant
The dining room has been renovated, the students and staff are attentive to customers, and the food is good. We will definitely be back!
