Aug 15, 2023-I ordered the 10 piece and it was over $54. For that price there was 3 drumsticks plus a couple wing pieces, not impressed. I asked for macaroni and coleslaw salads, got home and it was potato salad and no macaroni. Came with fries so who needs potato salad. New owner and training, was not a good start. View all feedback.

We ordered the chicken, which comes in large pieces designed for sharing, especially in the bigger buckets. After a 15-minute wait, we knew it was made fresh, and it was absolutely delicious. My family opted for a 15-piece combo for four of us, along with an extra side of poutine. The kind lady at the counter initially thought we had ordered too much—15 pieces is usually enough for 6-7 people—but we were happy to take any leftovers home for dinner. She provided us with a large box to carry all the food, and we enjoyed our meal right outside. The texture of the chicken was delightful—moist and juicy with a light, crispy, and well-seasoned batter. Although I’m not usually a fan of gravy, I found it light and flavorful, allowing me to enjoy more without feeling weighed down. I ended up devouring nearly half of the poutine on my own. The gravy and cheese curds were distributed evenly among the fries, which I really appreciated as a poutine lover. The fries themselves were excellent and held their own against the toppings. Once again, I left the restaurant very satisfied. We’re already planning to return before heading home.
The cheddar cheese bites are something special. The fried chicken, fries, and gravy are all excellent. The nuggets weren't the best, but they were not bad either. Everyone was happy and we will be coming back for those cheddar cheese bites.
Great tasting chicken dinner, ordered 3pc with fries and side gravy. Got home and ate, was so good, not dry and not greasy. Fries were crispy and delicious with the lovely gravy atop them. Lady who runs the store is very friendly and talkative, my first time in, in a long time.Parking: For the above question about parking, the option isn't there to say--there's not tons of parking, but in Bobcaygeon in early spring, 3 spots is plenty. There are many other options for parking across the street or on side streets very very nearby.Wheelchair accessibility: Business is all on one level, doorway is wide enough to accommodate a (standard sized, even motorized) wheelchair.
First time customer, great chicken! Even better was the hospitality.Definately a return customer!!!
