I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely fantastic, earning a solid five stars. The Frisco Burger, in particular, stood out as a must-try dish. The service was also impressive, with attentive staff that made our visit enjoyable. The atmosphere was decent, though it could use a little more ambiance. Overall, for a budget-friendly meal, this spot is definitely worth checking out!.
What levi athon dislikes about Hardee's:
The wait times were absolutely ridiculous. I waited over 15 minutes for biscuits and gravy, only to be informed that they had run out of gravy. I then ordered another biscuit with sausage and a loaded biscuit, but the service was just awful. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here; find a better Hardee’s location. It was cold and I watcher the door dasher pull up drop off take pic and leave then grab my food
They forgot my ham in my Frisch burger but I'm not that upset it was actually pretty good still. The French toast dips were meh, they are usually pretty good.
I found a hair in my breakfast this morning, which was quite unsettling. It appears that the kitchen staff isn't using hairnets or hats while preparing food. I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't wearing gloves either. This is really unhygienic.
The drive-thru staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. They gladly accept coupons and are open to chatting with customers.
