Roadside - Bloomfield
Roadside
Description
Nestled in a charming small-town setting, this restaurant offers a mix of diner classics and regional favorites like Navajo Tacos and sopapillas. Many diners praise the friendly, attentive staff and generous portions, noting the pleasant atmosphere and reasonable prices. Signature dishes such as the half-pound Bobcat Burger and spiral-cut fries are crowd-pleasers. However, experiences vary: some guests report slow service, bland or undercooked meals, and less-than-ideal cleanliness. Overall, this spot is recommended for those seeking affordable comfort food with warm hospitality, though occasional inconsistencies may affect the experience.

I ordered Navajo Taco and the fry bread was really flat and so unappetizing because the meat filling taste really bland and not fresh at all. I am sorry but orde your Navajo tacos from real authentic Navajos who sell on the side of the roads. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
We like Roadside Restaurant. Food is pretty good but the service is a lacking. Especially the people at the front register. If you call they rarely pick up the phone. When they do they put you on hold even when theyre not busy. I've been in the restaurant and the person assigned to the front is just listening to the phone ring. I've had my food sitting on the counter and have to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. The cashier always heads to the kitchen as soon as she sees you at the counter. There aren't many decent places to eat and have few options. Ive worked in customer service for many years so believe me when I say I'm very patient but this has become an issue and we're beyond disappointed.

Me and my significant other came to try and enjoy some lunch. At the door it say seat yourself so we did and I’d say we waited about 10 minutes for someone to help us. Let me tell you RUDE A WAITRESS. When we finally got our drinks which was a plain soda and a coffee the waitress didn’t bother to ask if we needed creamer or any add in for the coffee. I ended up having to find someone working where I asked and for some reason they seemed offended that I asked. Then they rudely slammed the creamer and walked away with out saying anything. Thank you for the creamer though. It took about 20 minutes for our food to come out first of all, it seemed like it might of been sitting under a warmer because my SOFT BURRITO had a little crunch to it love that. Not. Then my rice tasted and looked like they just freshly poured the DRY. Not even cooked yet rice, straight on my damn plate. 1/10 full as review and it only get a 1/10 because I got a sopapilla.
