Moondogs - Blawnox
Moondogs
Description
Moondogs Pub is a small, intimate Pittsburgh bar and live-music hub known for blues and rock — local and national acts bring energetic shows. The non-smoking room features a solid beer selection and a lively, friendly crowd, but the space can be loud and cramped during concerts. Service is generally pleasant but slow, mixed drinks are inconsistent, and there's limited parking. No in-house food is served, so patrons often grab takeout nearby. Ideal for music fans seeking authentic, up-close performances.

Fantastic venue with amazing staff! Had a wonderful night with the Sun King Warriors. Cost per person: $10–20.
This is a fantastic little music venue with a charming old-school jazz rock atmosphere. The beer and drink selection is modest, but the prices are reasonable. It's definitely worth a visit for a live music performance. Overall, I would rate the service as a 4 and the atmosphere as a 5.

Great little local pub that also serves as a soccer affiliated bar. They have a great beer selection and it's always fun to be there when any soccer game is on even if it is not your team. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
This is a nice venue with top quality music acts, very friendly employee's and very clean. There is a small parking lot and street parking. Very minimal noise level. They don't serve food but everyone goes to a place two doors down and brings it back. I highly recommend Moondogs! Price per person: $10–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
