I experienced rude and unlawful service denial by Debra, who didn't wear her mask properly over her nose, despite my medical exemption. When I requested a coffee, she rudely asked me to leave. I have submitted a formal complaint to the Queensland Human Rights Commission regarding this incident.
I can't get good coffee here any more. Had a shocker from here tonight and haven't had a good coffee I've liked for several visits now.
