I’m ecstatic! My car was delivered to my home a few minutes ago and it is beautiful! I don’t believe it has ever been this clean, not even when I bought it new at the dealership seven years ago. Everything has been cleaned to the highest standards. I can’t wait to show everyone my “new” car, because that is how it looks and feels! Thank you Red Carpet for your friendly, hard working staff. You don’t do as well of a job as you once did.. not wiping down the interior, door frames, and floor mats.. and for the cashier, Naiome, she unfortunately needs an attitude adjustment. She was snotty, rude, and dismissive. I understand finding good help is hard to find but we can do a little better than that. Paying $30+ on a car wash to be treated like that is something I will not be signing up for again. View all feedback.
I visited the north location with my car. The woman at the counter was not very friendly, and I had to learn from another customer that I was supposed to receive a free air freshener with my $36 wash, rather than being informed by her. The staff who handled the cleaning were all quite young and completed the job quickly, but unfortunately, it wasn't very thorough, especially considering the price I paid for the package. I won't be coming back; the cost of the service doesn't match the quality of the work done. Services: Polishing.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE Horrible service and the kids working there apparently are special education as I watched 4 vehicles that came LONG after me come go before my truck was even washed, finally after talking with someone they made this EVEN WORSE they skipped vacuuming and to add insult to injury they dried the car that came out after mine 1st. I left and will be returning any remaining washes I've purchased.they get 2 stars 1 for the actual car wash machine and 1 for not damaging my vehicle.

I recently moved here and drove across the country, so my car needed some attention. The car wash itself is good and the staff is friendly! I opted for the $30 package, which includes a wash, vacuum, and interior wipe down. However, I noticed that a lot of spots were overlooked. While I understand it’s not a detailing service, I expected the more obvious areas to be cleaned.
