I had a great visit to WrapChic some weeks ago and forgot to press the publish button on my review here. It's style is like Chipotle which is a well know
I was always interested in trying the food at WrapChic as I passed by it at the mall.
I had a dietary requirement Gluten free and the customer service was excellent, I was given a sheet to show what was available for me. The food was delicious!!
I used to love Wrapchic for their burritos, unfortunately with every visit I get more disappointed. The sizes are getting much smaller, the student discount was taken off from regular sizes and you have to pay extra for a specific add on. I am sorry but you used to be much better. 3* for today.
I went to the branch at Resort World NEC, and a lovely lady served me. She put on a pair of old manky plastic gloves, served and handled my food, and took money with the same pair of plastic gloves!! The food was nice, but I won't go back!!
