Sunday, girls day out. Luke and daisy, made us so welcome and were really nice and attentive. We had only planned to stay for one or two drinks and ended up staying the whole afternoon. Absolutely disgusting accusational behaviour from a girl member of staff here yesterday. We were accused for breaking a wall light fixture when it was a genuine accident from a simple movement of the arm. This could've been a child but because we were a large group of males, we were immediately stigmatised by this girl. She promptly told us to leave with an absolutely vile attitude. We remained as calm and understanding as possible, explaining the logical reason why it fell. We didn't move until CCTV was checked, and at this point, we were proven right and kindly apologised to by who I believe was the manager and the security staff who were both very professional and logical. We explained why it was loose as this is what most of us in the group do for a living. The girl had the attitude of a small teenager. The bar industry requires the ability to remain agile and understanding with communication skills. She had none at all. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
