However, the staff seemed a bit disengaged and unaware of what was happening around them. They were mostly chatting and sitting around the bar instead of attending to customers.

I brought some cocktails on a Sunday it was practically empty and I waited 20mins for them only to go back up to the bar as there was no alcohol in the drinks the ones that did arrive) I was met with bad attitude and I couldn’t care less from the bar staff. One member of staff said you need to stick the straw at the top of the glass to taste the alcohol! As I said I ordered a series of cocktails and one wasn’t even done, as I had a show to attend I didn’t have another 20mins to wait. I had a hostile refund and just felt undervalued, and could see why it was as empty as it was. Walked two seconds up the road to another pub. Busy friendly staff and drink within 5mins. What a difference. Won’t be going back there again. Price per person: £10–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
