What Anonym dislikes about De Solera:
Without vegan restaurants around or around the city, in a Sunday at 5 pm, we passed this bar and found out that the kitchen is not closed. Thank God!! There are several vegan options, but it is quite expensive! Burgers don't come with potatoes. We paid more than regularly in a vegan restaurant and without appetizer and dessert. If you are hanging out for a vegetarian burger in Bilbao then this place has impressive service, good value for money and centrally placed.
It was great to see that you could order a normal Spanish sandwich but vegan. They also had a beyond meat burger.

De Solera offers 3 different vegan Beyond-Meat-Burgers, and some vegan Salads, Bocadillas and Sandwiches. Also all the patatas (fries, bravas,.. are vegan of course. The staff is incredibly cute and takes care of you very well. The woman brought me vegan mayonnaise to my fries without asking, because i ordered the vegan burger. Very cute and considerate. They both cannot really speak english, but communication is still possible easily with hands and feet. We had no problems with that, even if we aren't able to speak spanish. For coffee they also have soy or oat milk. I can highly recommend this place if in Bilbao. Updated from previous review on 2022-08-26
