If you are in Biella This is the place to eat. Everything is perfect, an amazing dish after another, of highest quality, served in the most creative way. Yes, the prices could be higher than elsewhere, but the food in Regallo is also a different experience than in other local restaurants. Chiara, wife of Kochcook, lived in Germany some time and speaks forerunner German, dear guests. By the way, English is also spoken. A must in Piedmonte!!!!
