We recently dined at Lolluis and were delighted by the superb quality of their coffee. It was rich, flavorful, and offered fantastic value for the price. The ambiance was cozy, and the service was both friendly and efficient. It’s a wonderful place for a coffee break, and we will definitely return! I had a very disappointing experience at Lolluis Bexleyheath on December 23rd around 4 PM. While ordering, our coffee accidentally spilled near the counter. Instead of handling the situation calmly, the staff member responded rudely, blaming us and even saying we had “ruined his Christmas.” This level of unprofessionalism was entirely uncalled for. Additionally, when we sat down to enjoy our order, we were not provided with any plates or utensils. When we asked for a plate, the staff member acted as if he didn’t even know what a plate was, which was both frustrating and unhelpful. We usually visit during our break times and have never encountered such an unpleasant experience before. I expected much better customer service and a welcoming atmosphere, especially during the holiday season. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I cannot recommend this place to others. Food: 5 Atmosphere: 3
