I've ordered from Café Nero multiple times and have always enjoyed their delicious food and drinks. However, today I ordered a mango smoothie and instead received a bottle of orange juice labeled as a "mango smoothie." The orange juice tastes good, but I was charged for the more expensive smoothie.
