This charming café provided me with a wonderful experience with their specialty pour-over coffee. I had the Light Roast Ethiopian, which had delightful blueberry and floral notes. Bean trust is the most awesome coffee bar! A warm neighborhood experience BEST COFFEE and CAPPUCCINO ever(Sarah makes the most delicious cappuccino). Owner Eric is a great addition to neighborhood. Staff wonderful. Baked goods delish!
The bakery items and the coffee are both so delicious! I travel alot for work and I must say, this quickly became one of my absolute favorite coffee spots. Erik, the owner, is an absolute joy and I had a great conversion/interaction with him. The vibe at this little coffee shop is awesome. I'm Definitely going to become a regular here:

I have been going here for a while. But one part of their service that really goes above and beyond is catering for special events. Having a large coffee carafe and a spread of pastries is a great way to host a business meeting or networking event. Erik and his whole team are great collaborators and easy to talk to.
