I visited Bagelafe at 8:30 AM and the bagels were fantastic—no complaints there! They were fresh and delicious. However, the service could definitely use some improvement. When I inquired about the free coffee mentioned on the menu, the staff member sharply informed me that it only applied to a BEC bagel, which wasn't clearly indicated. A bit more clarity and friendliness would really enhance the experience. The food is great, but the customer service needs some attention. What a fantastic place! It's cozy like a coffee shop yet very spacious, and it's impeccably clean. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and attentive! I had the ladybird sandwich (without jalapeños because I’m not a fan) and it was delicious! The turkey was of excellent quality, served on a fresh Kaiser roll. My boyfriend ordered the classic bacon, egg, and cheese, which he thoroughly enjoyed. The bacon was beef bacon to meet Halal standards, and I tried a bit—it was amazing! We will definitely return.
